Consumer Groups currently provide two authorization functions within webhookie. The first is that is allows a webhook provider to limit who can discover and subscribe to their webhook API. The second function of a consumer group is that it allows users of the same consumer group and entity to manage subscriptions, applications and callbacks created by another user within that same group and entity.

Note: A user can check which consumer groups he is assigned to by selecting Account Details in the user menu. If you see the consumer groups here then the above 4 steps have been done correctly.
